Has anyone encountered a case of sleep apnea?
My boyfriend suffers from a disorder called sleep apnea, which it temporarily stops breathing during the night. This happens constantly throughout the night, where he will just stop breathing, then after several seconds will have a huge breath of air, snoring and then begin to stop breathing again. I read that this can be a very dangerous disease and serious and I am worried for him. I know there are devices recommended there, but someone did the actual experience with that? I'd love hear you if it does, and what you found to be most useful. Thank you.
Yes, I've just been diagnosed with myself and we started with a CPAP machine yesterday. I install a chat site and will detail how I do, I'd love to hear how you guys are the same. Take a look at http://www.disorderforum.com (brand new, so not much yet)
