what is the cause of snoring and how it can be elleminate?

even just a few second of time i fall sleep i made this sound that can bother somebody around me

Snoring is caused by irregular airflow in your throat, normally because of blockage due to one of the following:
-throat weakness (causing your throat to close during sleep)
-Obstruction in the nasal passageway
-Fat around the throat and neck
-Mispositioned jaw

If you smoke this may be contributing to your snoring as it can block your airway passage thus making sounds due to obstructed air movement when sleeping. It is best to sleep on your side to help open up your airway passage aswell. There are many snoring treatments that are sold over the counter but most do not cure snoring completely. You may also try:

-Loosing weight and improve eating habits

-Anti snore pillows are specially made pillows that are shaped to help open up the airway in your throat and nose.

-Anti snore sprays

- Anti snoring mouth piece which works by moving the lower jaw forward during sleep to open up air passage ways.

-Avoid tranquilizers, sleeping pills etc. before bed

-Tilt the head of your bed up

It really all depends on what is causing your snoring. If none of these work there is always surgury but it is best to talk to your doctor about other alternatives first.
